I was out of town, in a pinch, and all of the other shops had been booked up. Instant Car Fix gave me a quick call back with a plan of action and quote. It’s almost impossible to find a quality mechanic in DC. After making phone calls for three days, I was lucky enough to have found Gary and David! My sons car needed an alternator, battery assessment, oil change, and tire inflation. David arrived on time and Gary was phenomenal about keeping me updated once I scheduled this service appointment for my son. I HIGHLY recommend calling them for all of your automotive service needs!
I have never used a mobile mechanic before. Tom was amazing! He drove two hours to get to me and sat and heard my sob story and made sure I was good to go. He did a wonderful job making sure my car was ready to be on the road and that I was comfortable . He was very knowledgable and professional! I would highly recommend him!
Grateful for this service! Our technician was FANTASTIC! Not only was Steven knowledgeable and fixed the problem, he worked in a torrential down pour. I wish there was a way to make him my everyday mechanic! Prices were fair and this was a perfect resolution for a car that wouldn't start, otherwise requiring a tow to a mechanic.
