I give this company 5Stars due to professionalsm. Booking was so easy. They quoted me a fair price and give me 5 percent off. Also their mobile mechanic is an expert and very good of he does. He replaced my Cadillac CTS starter in less than an hour. Others say is gonna take 3 hours. He did it less than that. I highly recommend this company to anyone that needs their car repaired.
Instant Car Fix did a wonderful job. The mechanic arrived as scheduled, checked everything carefully, and made sure I understood the repair details. He didn’t rush through the work and made sure everything was functioning perfectly before leaving. The whole process felt convenient and professional. I’m very satisfied with their service and would definitely call them again.
Amazing service! Talk about being professional, punctual, and convenient all in one. They helped install aftermarket springs on my Dodge Challenger without having any issues. I personally thank them for making it out on time and allowing me to get this done without compromising the rest of my day. I would like to thank the technicians as well as the owner for being very nice and understanding. Also, their prices are incredible compared to doing the work at shop or a dealership. I would 110% recommend them to anyone looking for work to be done on your car.
Needed an oil change and this service was AMAZING! First off pricing was good, the mechanic was here at the beginning of the window and he was super friendly!!! Sergio is the man if you live/ work in the Sterling area. I will be using this service and him again for sure!! Thank you!!!

The gentleman that worked on getting me a mechanic was very nice, efficient and communicated well. He kept me informed as as to when the mechanic was coming. Then when he would be arriving. Eli drove a long way to get here, but he immediately went to work until he accomplished the request. We were very pleased with his professionalism and efficiency. Jeff was the mechanic who arrived to fix the steering lever bushing. He was very pleasant to work with. He explained and presented the issues he found which assured me that the problem that I suspected was the actual issue which kept me informed. He explaned the process and then fixed the problem. I had called other mobile repair services but none would follow up. Glad that I called Instant Car Fix. After booking the service I was a little concerned, the customer service was excellent and Jeff was outstanding. This call saved me a tow fee.
We had our car completely die on me on my way home from work. Bought a new battery thinking that was the issue. Turned out it was the alternator. Got a quote online and booked an appointment for the next day and to say I am amazed is an understatement. Our mechanic was absolutely amazing! Kevin was quick, but made sure he did everything correctly while being efficient. Kevin was very knowledgeable and obviously a master in his trade! I was very skeptical about trying this because I’ve never heard of anything like this but this whole thing saved me a lot of time, money and stress. I will definitely come back if I ever have anymore issues with my car. 10/10!
