The mechanic was super friendly, had my spare on in a flash, and even checked the other tires. He was professional, quick, and incredibly helpful. Honest people is what I want to say. I got a quote from dealership of couple thousand dollars. They suggested brakes, thermostat, control arm, serpentine belt on a car with just 40K miles on it. I got the car back and asked for instant car fix folks to estimate for all the OEM parts and labor. They came in way low in price. So i was very happy but still not sure about the service since this is new company. On the appointment date They came in with certified mechanic, he looked at brakes and said it still is at 8mm (vs 1 mm which dealership said). Thermostat is working perfectly fine, when I asked him to check control arm bushing, the mechanic was almost laughing. Guess what, they didn’t have to fix anything. The car was ok and more importantly these guys are super honest. They could have changed everything and charged me couple thousand bucks but were happy with just diagnosis fee. Can you believe these kind of honest company exists in marketplace. On the other hand I feel like suing the dealer.

Very easy to submit a repair request. Like the wide list of repairs that you can get done while sitting at home. Reasonably priced too. So far the mechanics I came across , from InstantCarFix, are found to be very experienced and courteous. I have been using InstantCarFix for the past two years. I also noticed that the job is done timely too, without extended delays
Instant Car Fix did a great job. They had to order a part from the dealership but kept in touch with me throughout the whole process. Manny came to my house on a Sunday and very quickly and efficiently fixed my headlight problem and installed a new wiper reservoir. They are not cheap but not too expensive for the services and the convenience they offer. I would definitely recommend them if like me, you can’t afford the time to locate a mechanic shop and leave your car for days to be repaired. Update: This company pretty much sucks when it . to pricing, timing, detail and response if a problem comes up after payment. Please take the time to read all of the reviews before hiring ICFix.

My appointment was between 11-3. The mechanic pfulled up a few minutes before 3. His name was Derrick he was very nice and was able to fix the problem fairly quickly. The price they quoted was exactly what I paid nothing more. But I wasn't sure if they were going to send a mechanic because they needed me to upload a valid photo id to a link they sent me. It never would upload when I clicked on the upload button. A few hours before 3 I finally was able to get a rep on the phone who had me text the copy to her and she was able to upload it to their link. I was very satisfied with their service and if needed will use them again. I highly recommend this company.
