I recently took my car to Instant Car fix for some maintenance work, and I must say, I'm thoroughly impressed. Not only was the staff friendly and professional, but they also went above and beyond to explain the issues with my car and the repair process. The service was completed in a timely manner, and the final cost was reasonable compared to other shops in the area. This service really exceeded my expectations. The mechanic arrived on time and took the time to inspect the issue properly. He explained everything in a clear and calm way. The repair was done with care and tested before completion. I liked that I didn’t have to rearrange my day or sit in a waiting room. Very convenient and well done.
Excellent and expert troubleshooting by Mike & Tiearra of Indy 1 Mobile Mechanics. The came on a Sunday to evaluate a brake light on my dash. They did both electronic and mechanical evaluation including jacking my car up and looking all throughout the brake lines. Very impressed with their detailed approach and trustworthy recommendations. Plan to use them in the future for additional mechanical needs for our vehicle. And they came out on a Sunday afternoon after I submitted the night before online to InstantCarFix. So very prompt and excellent service on a weekend!

Grateful for this service! Our technician was FANTASTIC! Not only was Steven knowledgeable and fixed the problem, he worked in a torrential down pour. I wish there was a way to make him my everyday mechanic! Prices were fair and this was a perfect resolution for a car that wouldn't start, otherwise requiring a tow to a mechanic.
10/10 recommend and will be using this service for any future car repairs. The pricing is fair, the mechanics have been amazing. Informative without trying to upsell you on services that you don't need in the moment and the customer service team is responsive with any questions or concerns that came up.

He completed the repair carefully and double-checked his work before leaving. Everything was done right in my driveway, which made the experience extremely convenient. It felt honest, efficient, and well organized from start to finish.
