He demonstrated the problem and then showed me pictures and videos. He said his english wasn't that good (not a problem at all!), so he even got his boss to call me to explain everything. I was really satisfied on the professionalism, quickness, and easiness of the process. I will highly consider using this service again in the future!

She is ecstatic now she has her car back after going for months with no transportation. The only thing I think might make the service better would be to offer a senior discount.
