The communications between us: email and sms, was fantastic and equally important :L the service was On time, on budget and super quality!
This service exceeded my expectations. The mechanic took the time to diagnose the issue correctly and explained it in simple terms. He completed the repair carefully and checked everything before leaving. I didn’t feel rushed at any point. The ability to stay home while my car was fixed made the whole experience much easier.
Had my vehicle start to overheat big-time while driving to the airport for a short trip recently. Was able to get into a parking garage but had check engine light on and smoke coming from under the hood.. Took careful note of parking location, used a CE light reader to get at least a starting point for the mechanic, left the hood unlatched, and contacted InstantCarFix the next day. ICF completed both a diagnostic visit and a repair visit to my car while I was away so I came back to a working vehicle. Cannot say enough about this service!!!
The gentleman that worked on getting me a mechanic was very nice, efficient and communicated well. He kept me informed as as to when the mechanic was coming. Then when he would be arriving. Eli drove a long way to get here, but he immediately went to work until he accomplished the request. We were very pleased with his professionalism and efficiency. Got into a little accident with my 2001 L IS300 the wheel studs were bent. And kept grinding on the e brake hardware. Had an instantcarfix mechanic come through to help me find the issue and fix it. Make sure you know your car model well, that way it’s easy to. Communicate with the mechanic about your issue. But everything was straightforward it is expensive but, they get the job done in a timely manner.
This was my first time ever requesting a mobile mechanic and glad I did. I normally do my own work but didn't have the time to replace the alternator. I contacted Instant Car Fix and they had a mechanic at my house less than 2 hours. The mechanic, Sergio, was thorough and quick. Before leaving, he also tested the voltage and made sure everything was working as needed. Pricing and service were both great. I would definitely hire them again.
So my alternator died on my way home from work Saturday night. I set up an appointment with Instant Car Fix at 11pm. The mechanic showed up Sunday afternoon and repaired my truck with no issues. On time service and professionalism.
