I had a lovely experience with Instant Car Fix! They got me scheduled within a couple hours and actually came the night before at 9:00 to get it done! Estimate was 2 hours but Justin got my car fixed in just over 1!! Excellent service and customer care, will definitely be contacting them again on my next problem!
The mechanic who came out was amazing and was there within an hour. I was across the street using the restroom and grabbing some to eat for my daughters when he called and said he had arrived. I walked back to my truck and he finish the job within minutes and I was so grateful because it couldn’t been worse. Will definitely use them again if I needed it. Thank you instant fix
My car wouldn't start. The service manager, Gaurav, was very helpful promptly scheduling the needed service. The starter motor was replaced, and the car starts fine now. I am very satisfied with the prompt service provided at very reasonable cost.
When my car wouldn't start in my garage, I scheduled an appointment with Instant Car Fix to have my battery replaced. On the day of my appointment, Rashad called me to inform me that my vehicle has a non-serviceable battery and instructed me to have my vehicle serviced at the car dealership. When I told him I couldn't get the vehicle to the dealership because the battery was dead, he told me about a battery reset button in my vehicle that would provide an auxiliary charge to the battery that would enable me to start my car. It did, and I was able to drive my vehicle to the dealership for service! Rashad then assured me that the fee I paid for a battery replacement would be fully refunded. The staff at Instant Car Fix truly deserves all of the 5-Star reviews they've received - the service they provide is outstanding!
The tech who came out was personable and professional. He went above and beyond in diagnosing and repairing the issue with our truck. In fact, he found a problem within a few moments that had been missed by another mechanic. We really appreciate the great work he did, plus it was on a Saturday night.
I was a little skeptical at first. You guys charged my account before the work was started and completed. Sergio arrived and completed one side very quickly. My wife why you didn’t do it yourself, because I don’t know what I am doing. Sergio just completed half the work. Sergio explained to me that my vehicle requires additional repairs, and showed me the condition of my old part. I am completely satisfied with the repair.

Sergio has been the best mechanic I've had in a long time! On time, friendly, polite , very professional and knowledgeable. Sergio changed my brakes and rotors on my Acura RDX. He explained everything he was doing, showed me tthe parts that were bad. I liked Sergio's honesty as another mechanic, fews days before told me I needed more work on my car then I obviously did need. I would highly recommend Sergio! This was super convenient as he came right to my address and I didn't have to worry about anything. Setting up an appointment was a breeze, communication was top notch, and I will most certainly use this company again!
