I’d give it a 4.5. The mechanic Manny gets a 5 star. He did an awesome job, quick, respectful, and easy guy to work with. Knew exactly what I wanted to do with the parts I purchased. The company themselves are a 4.5 only because they sent manny 2.5 hours away from his appointments and the time slots for availability weren’t in the window. So manny got here after 1 hour after the window I chose. When he told me what happened it sounded right because the company themselves said they only know he was on the way and everything is automated. Regardless, I’d use them again.

I was kinda of nervous initially with a mobile mechanic, however all my worries became non existent. The entire process is seamless , from the service reps who follow up with you after scheduling online to mechanic arriving to your location. The fact that any work can be done from your home is a plus . My truck was stalling while idling , I replaced the part that was causing the issue , I explained to the mechanic once he arrived that I recently replaced the throttle body . During the diagnosis he programmed the throttle to my truck and waited awhile ,after to ensure that was the fix to the issue. Once that was we resolved I was advised that I may need a few minor fixes in the future but overall I was good to go . I highly recommend Instant car fix and will most definitely reach out to them for any future issues. The entire process went smoother than any experience that I’ve ever had with any mechanic shop!!! Knowledge, helpful and not after you your money. I miss the call the first time and they still tried to work around my time to get a mechanic out. Yes it can have some wait time but that has to do with the nature of the job. Its convent, about 40 percent cheaper than the dealer offered and nothing they do is out of sight. Very transparent and timely work. I would recommend.
