Great experience. Car was serviced without having to leave home, wait in the lounge; all done while I continue to live, work and do what I need to be doing. Tech was courteous and explained what was being done. Car is “back” in order. Not quite magic, but it might as well be.
I had a great experience with Instant Car Fix when J Mart came out to replace my starter. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional throughout the entire process. Not only did he get the job done efficiently, but he also made sure to clean up afterward and confirm that I was completely satisfied with the service. What I appreciated most was how professional and calm the entire visit felt. The mechanic inspected the car thoroughly and explained what was wrong without using confusing terms. He completed the repair carefully and double-checked his work before leaving. Everything was done right in my driveway, which made the experience extremely convenient. It felt honest, efficient, and well organized from start to finish.
Awesome service. Very prompt & great communication! I am in Anchorage, AK! Got an oil change and white smoke was coming out of the tailpipe. They were able to send someone out for a diagnostic the next morning! It cost me $175, I appreciate the mobile service as I did not want to drive my car and potentially have it breakdown on me. No serious issues but I appreciate how accessible, reliable, & honest our mechanic was!
Had a mechanic come out to replace the starter on my van. Cold wet and real nasty winter day. Mechanic arrived on time, worked in the slop, removed and replaced the starter, My only complaint is he left before I could give him a tip. Highly recommend
Very painless, quick, and easy at a decent price. Mechanic was on time, friendly, and flexible and was able to quickly replace my battery in a broken down car in a private garage in less than a hour. Recommended.
Came out when scheduled and completed work in a timely manner. Have a classic car and the battery is under the back seat. Tried a lot of mechanics that said they could install the new battery. None of them showed up. Thank you Instant Car Fix for sending a knowledgeable mechanic, he was kind and professional.
I recommend InstantCarFix. Customer service is awesome. Called at 8am and they answered all my questions and walked me through the process. Sergio showed up in a reasonable time and was very helpful and explained in detail what he had to do. He walked me through each step. My car was as fixed by 2pm. I plan on using them again.
