Called them and set up the appointment at 8:30,by 10:30 they had sent someone out to fix my tires. He was nice,polite and friendly. Even as cold as it was with feel like temps at 5°. Needed some work done on my car and didn't have the time to get it to the shop because of my work schedule. This was very convenient and they did a great job. No complaints. The Mechanic, Bruce, was great and was very efficient.
I needed to alter my service request for my vehicle repair. The original issue was no longer apparent. I spoke with Isaac and we were able to switch the original request to another needed service for my vehicle. In the end, I was happy and instant car fix was still able to perform their service for me.
I requested a Pre-purchase Inspection and I'm glad I did. I also added the expedited service. This isn't mandatory but I was on a short availability window. Lucy called and connected me with the mechanic and Bryan followed up afterwards. The mechanic wrote a detailed report, and took pictures. I wish I would have had a PPI done on previous vehicles. For me, it's worth the investment. It's better to spend a little and find out a lot versus spending a lot later because you knew very little.

He quickly diagnosed the issue using OBD, fixed the issue within a short period of time and it is working perfectly. My AC is now as cool as it was when the car was brand new. I will certainly recommend and use this service again.
