First time using this service and it worked out great. The only issue I had was the time scheduled. Scheduled for 11 to 3 pm and mechanic showed up at 530pm. He was a bit behind schedule and I was getting a bit nervous, but once he arrived, he knocked out the job super quick and I'm back on the road again. Would use again if I need to. Fast response, good communication via text, and very friendly and efficient mechanic. My mechanic was Sergio and he was phenomenal. My vehicle wouldn't start or jump start and needed a new battery. The reviews for this business were excellent and as law enforcement, I research things very thoroughly to avoid possible scams. I also compared prices with past battery costs and past dealer costs. Your company is fairly priced and efficient, and I very much appreciate that it is available for cars to be serviced at home or another location. Mechanic was very knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem ( bad blower motor). He performed the diagnosis in 15 min. This is the second time I have used them. Excellent company. Professional. I will definitely use them again and recommend to my friends.
