Sergio was punctual, polite, and obviously experienced. He showed me the new parts to make sure it was what I ordered, and he showed me his tools and diagnostic equipment to assure me he was fully prepared for whatever was needed for my job. He went right to work and was very organized and fast. He showed me the old parts and allowed me to test drive it before he left. If I ever need another mobile service, I will be requesting Sergio!

He was friendly and professional, and he handled the job like a true expert. I really appreciated how transparent he was about everything. No hidden costs, no upselling, just honest service done right at my home.

He answered my questions without talking down to me! I've had a couple bad experiences with mechanics telling me I needed work done that I didn't really need, so it was nice to deal with someone who didn't do that! He was patient, communicative, and made the whole process smooth. The mechanic showed up on time, did a full inspection, test drive, sent pictures, and gave me the honest breakdown I needed. I was stranded on the side of the road with a flat tire and absolutely clueless. I called Instant Car Fix and they were literally there in minutes! The mechanic was super friendly, had my spare on in a flash, and even checked the other tires. He was professional, quick, and incredibly helpful. I seriously thought I was going to be stuck for hours, but they saved the day! Highly recommend!
Ramon was so outstanding he made sure I was aware of the spark plugs and coil procedures and was very clean and also spoke Spanish and English made sure he cleaned up the work area and was neat wiping the area where he worked. Overall I would recommend his services to anyone. Excellent service
Highly recommend! Alternator had my car dead in a parking lot an hour from home. They were able to get to us fast, the customer service was great, the mechanic was knowledgeable and professional, and they had us back on the road in no time! Car is running like it should again. 10/10
