Had my vehicle start to overheat big-time while driving to the airport for a short trip recently. The tech who came out was personable and professional. He went above and beyond in diagnosing and repairing the issue with our truck. In fact, he found a problem within a few moments that had been missed by another mechanic. We really appreciate the great work he did, plus it was on a Saturday night.
What I appreciated most was how professional and calm the entire visit felt. The mechanic inspected the car thoroughly and explained what was wrong without using confusing terms. He completed the repair carefully and double-checked his work before leaving. Everything was done right in my driveway, which made the experience extremely convenient.
