Instant Car Fix has completely changed how I handle car maintenance. No more waiting rooms or towing my car around. I was not aware of the ability to have a trained professional mechanic come to our home to repair the brakes on our car. I found InstantCarFix from a Google search and was surprised when they provided a quote that was at least $150.00 less than a local auto repair shop. InstantCarFix arrived in the time they quoted and got right to work replacing the front brakes on my 2011 Toyota Camry. The technician saved me at least $200 by letting me know I did not need to replace some parts at this time. When finished all the squeaks and groans I was having were gone and the brakes were like new.
10 Minutes and Sergio had my splash shield back on! Excellent service, especially since I might have had to tow the car to a shop for a minor issue. I am very happy with the communication and the ease of booking a mechanic at my apartment!
My appointment was between 11-3. The mechanic pfulled up a few minutes before 3. His name was Derrick he was very nice and was able to fix the problem fairly quickly. The price they quoted was exactly what I paid nothing more. But I wasn't sure if they were going to send a mechanic because they needed me to upload a valid photo id to a link they sent me. It never would upload when I clicked on the upload button. A few hours before 3 I finally was able to get a rep on the phone who had me text the copy to her and she was able to upload it to their link. I was very satisfied with their service and if needed will use them again. I highly recommend this company.
Instant Car Fix did a wonderful job. The mechanic arrived as scheduled, checked everything carefully, and made sure I understood the repair details. He didn’t rush through the work and made sure everything was functioning perfectly before leaving. The whole process felt convenient and professional. I’m very satisfied with their service and would definitely call them again.
