These guys are amazing I booked an appointment with them for a different date, but they texted me saying we have the parts and can come over the same day in the evening and can do the service. They are that fast and reliable service I ever seen. The mechanic who came over for the service is real good, I feel bad about not have the space he need to do the service as I don’t have the drive way so need to park in parking spaces which I have. But the mechanic took the challenge and did it anyway, sorry guys.

They have changed an ignition switch for me as well as come out to a dealership for a pre - purchase inspection, and even worked with the time I needed and they go above and beyond with their customers! Very happy with our service. Kirk was on time, efficient with time, very thorough, even let us know about future services we would need. Took about 2 hours (we got both brakes fixed). He even had my husband test drive the car to make sure the job was done! We will definitely use Instant Car Fix again and recommend it to family and friends.

My technician, Sergio, arrived right on time and I got a heads-up email when the ETA was a little over half an hour, as promised in the confirmation email I got when setting up the service call the day before. Sergio and his helper were fast, friendly, and professional, and the invoice I received by email shortly after the work was completed thoroughly documented the work, including photos of readings and measurements showing the expected results. And the expense was pretty reasonable, well worth it given this level of service. Would definitely use these folks again.

I was super skeptical about this at first as it seemed a bit too good to be true - as in, I don’t have to deal with the headache of dropping my car to the garage, wait for hours and not know when the car will be ready? Turns out, using Instant Car Fix really was pain free. Pricing was clear upfront, the mechanic came on time and all occurred while I was at home. Highly recommended and will definitely use again
