First time using this service and it worked out great. The only issue I had was the time scheduled. Scheduled for 11 to 3 pm and mechanic showed up at 530pm. He was a bit behind schedule and I was getting a bit nervous, but once he arrived, he knocked out the job super quick and I'm back on the road again. Would use again if I need to. Great experience today. Heard a squealing sound while driving to work this morning. Popped the hood and saw that the belt was slipping off. Forgot to call someone until 4pm came around. Thankfully they agreed to send someone out right away. Easy, fast and clear communication! Sooo grateful that they were able to send someone out to my work and fix it right in the parking lot. So convenient! Thanks so much!
Pre purchase inspection: The Mechanic was on time, quick and very informative. The customer service rep found me a mechanic last minute and he prevented me from making a bad expensive purchase. Would use again
This company was great to work with! I was able to book an appointment for the very next day at a time that was convenient for me! The mechanic was very professional and thorough! He answered my questions without talking down to me! I've had a couple bad experiences with mechanics telling me I needed work done that I didn't really need, so it was nice to deal with someone who didn't do that! I look forward to working with them again!
This is my first time using Instant Car Fix and I had great experience. Lower radiator hose on my Honda pilot gave up and I lost all the coolant. I scheduled an appointment the same day and Mike and his co-worker came around 6pm. They both worked hard and completed the job successfully and that too during a very cold and windy evening. I am satisfied at the professionalism and quality of work. I will definitely use their service again.
I was in a pinch with my brakes leaking and a young man came out and did a fantastic job. It was not the brake line, but it was the actual caliber line that was leaking and he was awesome. He even worked in the rain to complete the work. Thank you so much!!
