Sergio arrived early. He was professional and courteous. I was pleasantly surprised to receive photos of the old parts, He advised me that the next service repair should be the rotors. I will ask for him personally in the future.

This is by far and away the best experience I’ve had with any mechanic. They arrived early, got the job done fast and even explained what they were doing so I could get a better understanding of my vehicle. Not to mention the fact that they were lower in cost than the quotes I received from other companies. The service and convenience just can’t be beat.

First time using this service and it worked out great. The only issue I had was the time scheduled. Scheduled for 11 to 3 pm and mechanic showed up at 530pm. He was a bit behind schedule and I was getting a bit nervous, but once he arrived, he knocked out the job super quick and I'm back on the road again. Would use again if I need to. Justin is the man! I booked my service window for 2-6 on a Sunday and he was right on time at 2. He knocked the job out in 30 minutes while keeping me informed on what the issues were. Very easy platform to use as well.

I was, first of all, happy to find a place that does work at your house this far out of the city -- saving me days of having no car because it would be at the shop. Secondly, I was happy they allow you to get work done TODAY if you really need it, for a small added fee. Thirdly, the guy they sent, Sergio, did a great job, and explained many details. I was glad too, because this transmission needed a new filter and proper OEM fluid....I had the wrong fluid in (red/pink) and it probably was not doing this high-mileage Cherokee any good. I highly recommend these folks: Isaac who helped with the online scheduling via the phone; and Sergio, for the professional job he did. Instant Car Fix is a much-needed service for anyone in the area and the whole system is easy/quick to do online. Lastly, they do anything & everything for cars and trucks -- not just brakes, shocks & oil changes.....I highly recommend!

Hired them via recommendation from few friends. They helped me fix coolant issue for which the dealership charged me several thousand dollars. Very honest and upfront on the cost and estimates. They even went above and beyond to get the work done asap. Highly recommend them

Honest people is what I want to say. I got a quote from dealership of couple thousand dollars. They suggested brakes, thermostat, control arm, serpentine belt on a car with just 40K miles on it. I got the car back and asked for instant car fix folks to estimate for all the OEM parts and labor. They came in way low in price. So i was very happy but still not sure about the service since this is new company. On the appointment date They came in with certified mechanic, he looked at brakes and said it still is at 8mm (vs 1 mm which dealership said). Thermostat is working perfectly fine, when I asked him to check control arm bushing, the mechanic was almost laughing. Guess what, they didn’t have to fix anything. The car was ok and more importantly these guys are super honest. They could have changed everything and charged me couple thousand bucks but were happy with just diagnosis fee. Can you believe these kind of honest company exists in marketplace. On the other hand I feel like suing the dealer.
