This is the first time using this company. I couldn’t believe the fast response to any questions and emails that I had. This is rare now days. The price is affordable and service great! I have found my new mechanics and don’t have to leave home.
Very professional,very nice and polite . Wendell was the nice gentlemans name .he was a few minutes early he took his time explained everything in a way that was not complicated straight forward very nice young man thank you Wendell again
They responded promptly to my inquiry, showed up within requested time frame, were clear about pricing and quotes and fixed the issue quickly. I didn't even have to take off work, they did everything right in the parking lot and were respectful of my business. They even showed me how to easily replace fluids in my car.
Honest people is what I want to say. I got a quote from dealership of couple thousand dollars. They suggested brakes, thermostat, control arm, serpentine belt on a car with just 40K miles on it. I got the car back and asked for instant car fix folks to estimate for all the OEM parts and labor. They came in way low in price. So i was very happy but still not sure about the service since this is new company. On the appointment date They came in with certified mechanic, he looked at brakes and said it still is at 8mm (vs 1 mm which dealership said). Thermostat is working perfectly fine, when I asked him to check control arm bushing, the mechanic was almost laughing. Guess what, they didn’t have to fix anything. The car was ok and more importantly these guys are super honest. They could have changed everything and charged me couple thousand bucks but were happy with just diagnosis fee. Can you believe these kind of honest company exists in marketplace. On the other hand I feel like suing the dealer.

He worked steadily and didn’t cut any corners. When he finished, he tested everything again just to make sure the repair was solid. I appreciated his patience and attention to detail. This is the kind of service that makes car repairs much less stressful. Highly recommended.

They will get the job done and test and double test to make sure everything is fixed correctly! If you schedule an appointment they will fulfill their obligation. Even if they get behind schedule, just be patient and they will get you right! Much cheaper and more accommodating than a dealer! 10/10
