Got into a little accident with my 2001 L IS300 the wheel studs were bent. And kept grinding on the e brake hardware. Had an instantcarfix mechanic come through to help me find the issue and fix it. But everything was straightforward it is expensive but, they get the job done in a timely manner.

The Mechanic Kalem they sent was very knowledgeable and fast. Upon arrival he checked to confirm that it was indeed an alternator replacement that was needed. Had it switched out in no time. Even checked my fluids and helped me get battery jumped off before leaving. I paid same amount I would had taking it to shop minus tow fees and only 25 extra going to get alternator myself. Well worth it. Will definitely use services again if needed.

My hybride car battery was dead after back from the two weeks vacation. Originally I was help by my neighbor’s car to jump start my car. I saw my info center screen flashing couple times eventually turn blank and the battery stop charging and looks dead. I was completely lost what’s going on and worried other potential issues…! I was told by a shop I didn’t need rotors but my brakes were stuck. I called Instant Car Fix and a mechanic showed up and explained that with stuck calipers my brakes were constantly engaged and for sure heated my rotors and there was a high probability they were warped and explained that replacing the rotors along with the bad calipers and worn brakes is the only way to go and be safe. Don’t go with backyard mechanics or a shop that tells you different. If you brakes are stuck and overheating the rotor, be safe to yourself and other drivers Replace the rotors along with the calipers and brake pads. It’s a lot cheaper to replace rotors while it’s already being serviced than it is after it’s all back together. INSTANT CAR FIX IS NOT OUT FOR MONEY. THEY ARE OUT TO KEEP YOU SAFE. No shop would have explained all that. They would have waited for you to come back and spend more money on warped rotors. These guys are honest and professional and care about the safety of the customers and other drivers. THESE GUYS ARE THE ONLY WAY TO GO. 110% SATISFIED.

I am beyond impressed with this service! My back passenger door was a bit warped and had some nasty scratches after hitting up against a parking garage barrier. Other body shops I contacted told me I'd need a $2,000 door replacement and 5-7 days in the shop - Instant Car Fix offered to help at my place of residence for a fraction of the cost! Jake, Tony and team kept me updated about their progress via text and arrived prepared with all supplies needed. They were very friendly and humble. After about 2 hours, the car looked like nothing had even happened - even more impressive, they did all the work while it remained parked between 2 other cars at my apartment complex! I will definitely consider using their services again- though hopefully not for another accident :) They told me they also do routine maintenance so will keep their card on file!
