I don't even know where to start! We were 6 hours away from home at an AirBnB in Nokesville VA. It was 3/31, on Easter Sunday, and our starter went out. My first quote was RIDUCULOUS! I contacted Instant Car Fix and their quote was ALMOST HALF! I sent the company a video and they automatically knew that the starter was the problem. Walter arrived before the expected time and was able to fix our 2008 Nissan Titan within 4 hours (the first stater that was bought was bad, and he had to get another, which wasn't his fault.) Our truck was fixed and we were on the road home. Walter was so very nice and knowledgeable. I can't thank the whole crew at Instant Car Fix enough for getting us back on the road to home in Tennessee. I would HIGHLY recommend them for any of your needs!
I’m beyond impressed with how easy and stress-free this was. I booked an appointment online, and within a few hours, a mechanic was at my home. He was kind, professional, and knew exactly what he was doing. He finished the repair faster than I expected and made sure I understood everything before leaving.
I’m very satisfied with the quality of service provided. The mechanic was professional, friendly, and clearly knowledgeable. He explained what needed to be done and completed the repair with care. Sergio showed up in a reasonable time and was very helpful and explained in detail what he had to do. He walked me through each step. My car was as fixed by 2pm. I plan on using them again.
This is by far and away the best experience I’ve had with any mechanic. They arrived early, got the job done fast and even explained what they were doing so I could get a better understanding of my vehicle. Not to mention the fact that they were lower in cost than the quotes I received from other companies. The service and convenience just can’t be beat.
I was kinda of nervous initially with a mobile mechanic, however all my worries became non existent. The entire process is seamless , from the service reps who follow up with you after scheduling online to mechanic arriving to your location. The fact that any work can be done from your home is a plus . My truck was stalling while idling , I replaced the part that was causing the issue , I explained to the mechanic once he arrived that I recently replaced the throttle body . During the diagnosis he programmed the throttle to my truck and waited awhile ,after to ensure that was the fix to the issue. Once that was we resolved I was advised that I may need a few minor fixes in the future but overall I was good to go . I highly recommend Instant car fix and will most definitely reach out to them for any future issues. The entire process went smoother than any experience that I’ve ever had with any mechanic shop!!! A1 service .

Half the price of the shop! They were great to work with showed up on time with the parts and did the work. Jay installed everything in my driveway and took the old parts with him. Your waisting $$ if you don’t use them
