I’m very satisfied with the service I received. The mechanic arrived prepared and took his time diagnosing the problem instead of guessing. He explained the repair step by step and made sure I was comfortable before starting. The repair was completed efficiently and tested thoroughly. It was a huge relief not having to visit a shop or arrange transportation. Overall, a very professional and reliable experience.

ive seen some bad reviews but my mechanic came on time and did the job that I needed .. my personal experience was 10/10... ..it seems like they contract local mechanics and send them to do the job but again 10/10 for my experience today I will recommend

I absolutely loved them they came and took their time on my vehicle.. the mechanic even ran the code on my car twice just so he know it was fixed I didn’t have to worry about anything I bought my own parts and he was ready to work soon as he pulled up.. I felt comfortable( not to mention the comments from others on here was a little scary) but they was very understanding and ready to get the job DONE

I've dealt with a lot of mechanics, auto repair shops and dealerships. This was the best auto repair experience I've had to date. They responded to my Yelp request timely. They gave me a no-nonsense quote. They kept open lines of communication, which is a huge deal for me when it comes to customer service. I will definitely use them again and have already referred a customer to them today. Excellent service.

I’d give it a 4.5. The mechanic Manny gets a 5 star. He did an awesome job, quick, respectful, and easy guy to work with. Knew exactly what I wanted to do with the parts I purchased. The company themselves are a 4.5 only because they sent manny 2.5 hours away from his appointments and the time slots for availability weren’t in the window. So manny got here after 1 hour after the window I chose. When he told me what happened it sounded right because the company themselves said they only know he was on the way and everything is automated. Regardless, I’d use them again.

I can’t say enough good things about Instant Car Fix. I booked online in just a few minutes, and the mechanic showed up right on time the next day. He was friendly and professional, and he handled the job like a true expert. I really appreciated how transparent he was about everything. No hidden costs, no upselling, just honest service done right at my home.

This service is so great! The mechanic (Billy) found my truck in my confusing parking lot at work with no issues, was super nice & knowledgeable & he fixed it way faster than I expected! Definitely recommend!!!

I needed a serpentine belt and tensioner replaced. Other shops quoted me at $900 and 2 hours, but Instant Car Fix charge $600 and did it in 30 minutes. Work was good, and the mechanic was very friendly. Car's driving smooth as butter 😎
