I can’t say enough good things about Instant Car Fix. I booked online in just a few minutes, and the mechanic showed up right on time the next day. He was friendly and professional, and he handled the job like a true expert. I really appreciated how transparent he was about everything. No hidden costs, no upselling, just honest service done right at my home.
This was a great experience from beginning to end. Booking was easy, communication was clear, and the mechanic arrived right on schedule. He inspected the car carefully and explained the issue without using confusing terms. The repair was done efficiently and with attention to detail. I appreciated how respectful and patient he was. I would feel comfortable using a service like this again.

First time using this service and it worked out great. The only issue I had was the time scheduled. Scheduled for 11 to 3 pm and mechanic showed up at 530pm. He was a bit behind schedule and I was getting a bit nervous, but once he arrived, he knocked out the job super quick and I'm back on the road again. Would use again if I need to. Sergio was punctual, polite, and obviously experienced. He showed me the new parts to make sure it was what I ordered, and he showed me his tools and diagnostic equipment to assure me he was fully prepared for whatever was needed for my job. He went right to work and was very organized and fast. He showed me the old parts and allowed me to test drive it before he left. If I ever need another mobile service, I will be requesting Sergio!
I requested a Pre-purchase Inspection and I'm glad I did. I also added the expedited service. This isn't mandatory but I was on a short availability window. Lucy called and connected me with the mechanic and Bryan followed up afterwards. The mechanic wrote a detailed report, and took pictures. I wish I would have had a PPI done on previous vehicles. For me, it's worth the investment. It's better to spend a little and find out a lot versus spending a lot later because you knew very little.
WARNING _ I read BBB review and I almost didn't proceed - Buy was I happy to have leaned on Google reviews. Service was "perfect" truly perfect! highly recommanded! The communications between us: email and sms, was fantastic and equally important :L the service was On time, on budget and super quality!

This was my first time ever requesting a mobile mechanic and glad I did. I normally do my own work but didn't have the time to replace the alternator. I contacted Instant Car Fix and they had a mechanic at my house less than 2 hours. The mechanic, Sergio, was thorough and quick. Before leaving, he also tested the voltage and made sure everything was working as needed. Pricing and service were both great. I would definitely hire them again.
