I've dealt with a lot of mechanics, auto repair shops and dealerships. This was the best auto repair experience I've had to date. They responded to my Yelp request timely. They gave me a no-nonsense quote. They kept open lines of communication, which is a huge deal for me when it comes to customer service. This was fantastic! I googled for somewhere to get new brakes and rotors and when I first heard about the mobile autoshop, I was hesitant. But the guy came and fixed it and honestly, I'm really not going to go back waiting hours in an autoshop. 5 stars.

The Mechanic Kalem they sent was very knowledgeable and fast. Upon arrival he checked to confirm that it was indeed an alternator replacement that was needed. Had it switched out in no time. Even checked my fluids and helped me get battery jumped off before leaving. I paid same amount I would had taking it to shop minus tow fees and only 25 extra going to get alternator myself. Well worth it. Will definitely use services again if needed.
