The water pump went bad on our car, found instant car fix. Easy to schedule a repair and had it replaced on a Sunday and didn’t have to tow the vehicle or wait for the slow repair shops. All good, the mechanic texted prior to arrival, professional, courteous, super nice, Niko, Nico is his name, very knowledgeable. Starter replacement and oil change in my front yard on a lowered 7 series BMW 750LI. The car is too low to take it anywhere to get the oil change so this service is highly recommended. Super convenient having it done at my house, love it. Thank you guys, thank you Nico.
Very happy with the mechanic instant car fix sent to my house. I could not figure out my no start issue , I called a different mobile mech service and he came twice and could not start my car and told me to tow it to the dealership. Called you guys and he had it running 1 hour after arriving and explained it to me. Great service
Grateful for this service! Our technician was FANTASTIC! Not only was Steven knowledgeable and fixed the problem, he worked in a torrential down pour. I wish there was a way to make him my everyday mechanic! Prices were fair and this was a perfect resolution for a car that wouldn't start, otherwise requiring a tow to a mechanic.
I got a quote for my BMW 3281 oil valve gasket replacement online and the quote was lower than the usual mechanic I use. They showed up at my house within a few days and had all the tools and parts necessary. The mechanic used to work at the BMW dealership. He did a great job and was organized and kept everything clean. He also did the job in shorter time than originally expected and was able to save the valve cover even though he thought it might break when he removed it because it was so sealed on there. I was very impressed and will use them again.
