Mechanic arrived earlier than scheduled with a phone call of course. Replaced the alternator promptly and also helped with some other small issues. I will definitely use this service again when needed. Thanks so much!
The mechanic, Sergio, was prompt, introduced himself, installed OEM brake pads and rotors efficiently, reported back to me on the job, and had me test drive afterward. It was a good experience, and I would employ the InstantCarFix service and Sergio again.
This is probably the most honest shop I ever came to in my lifetime. The mechanic check car out and job was 1200 dollar job the mechanic realized that job that was needed was on recall for my car at the dealership so instead of doing job taking my money he guided me to exact shop to get job done for free. Called them and set up the appointment at 8:30,by 10:30 they had sent someone out to fix my tires. He was nice,polite and friendly. Even as cold as it was with feel like temps at 5°. I was looking for a place where I could get a maintenance done for less money and preferably mobile where they would come to me. This was the place that I chose and through a series of messages with their website assistant, I was able to get scheduled for same day service. The mechanic came, was very knowledgeable and took care of business in a hurry. What would have taken probably 2-2.5 hours at the dealership, was done in an hour by them coming to me. I recommend you giving this company a try.
Wonderful. I can't speak anymore highly of him. He explained everything he did, was polite and respectful. He went above and beyond. I recommend him to anyone. I'm so thankful He was able to fix my AC. I didn't realize just how insufficiently it was until I felt cool air. Thank you again
Honest people is what I want to say. I got a quote from dealership of couple thousand dollars. They suggested brakes, thermostat, control arm, serpentine belt on a car with just 40K miles on it. I got the car back and asked for instant car fix folks to estimate for all the OEM parts and labor. They came in way low in price. So i was very happy but still not sure about the service since this is new company. On the appointment date They came in with certified mechanic, he looked at brakes and said it still is at 8mm (vs 1 mm which dealership said). Thermostat is working perfectly fine, when I asked him to check control arm bushing, the mechanic was almost laughing. Guess what, they didn’t have to fix anything. The car was ok and more importantly these guys are super honest. They could have changed everything and charged me couple thousand bucks but were happy with just diagnosis fee. Can you believe these kind of honest company exists in marketplace. On the other hand I feel like suing the dealer.
