ive seen some bad reviews but my mechanic came on time and did the job that I needed .. my personal experience was 10/10... ..it seems like they contract local mechanics and send them to do the job but again 10/10 for my experience today I will recommend
Fast response, good communication via text, and very friendly and efficient mechanic. My mechanic was Sergio and he was phenomenal. My vehicle wouldn't start or jump start and needed a new battery. The reviews for this business were excellent and as law enforcement, I research things very thoroughly to avoid possible scams. I also compared prices with past battery costs and past dealer costs. Your company is fairly priced and efficient, and I very much appreciate that it is available for cars to be serviced at home or another location. It saved me a tow and a trip to the dealer for what was a straightforward issue to fix. I will definitely use the company again and I also did a Facebook post and tagged y'all 😊
Greg Mechanic showed up on time got straight to work. He did the job and did it well he double checked his work and walked me through what he did and explained everything very well. He’s a great mechanic very nice and respectful to me and my truck. He got the job done in a good timely manner. Easy to talk to all around great guy. I would definitely call on him again if i ever need another mechanic. Everything seems to be working great even got my cleaning exhaust filter working somehow and It’s the first time i have seen that notification show up and I have had the truck for about a year. He even gave me a few tips on how to keep my injectors clean of soot and how to keep them spraying evenly. Thank you man. GREAT WORK!!!
I had a really positive experience with this mobile repair service. The technician was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He took his time diagnosing the issue and answered all my questions. The repair was done right in my driveway, which saved me a lot of time. Everything was tested carefully before he left. I appreciated how simple and stress free the whole process was.
Just book them! No hassle waiting all day(s) for your car to be fixed and notification. They explain everything to you, take pictures, answer all your questions. This is my 2nd time using them within one month and I’m completely satisfied with the work. No job has been too complicated for them so far. More specifically, shoutout to Sergio! Excellent service! My 2016 GMC Terrain was losing oil and the engine was idling loud but there was no evidence of a spill on the ground. In an effort to eliminate causes, I started with a tune up and found oil in one of the spark plug wells. I needed a new valve cover gasket. I found the issue on Friday after work. I was able to book the appointment for Sunday between 11am and 3pm. The technician showed up at 12:45. Was efficient. Took pictures. Communicated well and was done in an hour. It was excellent service! I have 4 cars - 2 dispatched to my kids who are in two different colleges. I will be using this company to help maintain their cars as they live more than an hour from home.
I was, first of all, happy to find a place that does work at your house this far out of the city -- saving me days of having no car because it would be at the shop. Secondly, I was happy they allow you to get work done TODAY if you really need it, for a small added fee. Thirdly, the guy they sent, Sergio, did a great job, and explained many details. I was glad too, because this transmission needed a new filter and proper OEM fluid....I had the wrong fluid in (red/pink) and it probably was not doing this high-mileage Cherokee any good. I highly recommend these folks: Isaac who helped with the online scheduling via the phone; and Sergio, for the professional job he did. Instant Car Fix is a much-needed service for anyone in the area and the whole system is easy/quick to do online. Lastly, they do anything & everything for cars and trucks -- not just brakes, shocks & oil changes.....I highly recommend!
My car started making a terrible screeching noise, and I was worried I’d be stranded. Instant Car Fix sent a mechanic the same day who found out my serpentine belt was about to snap! He replaced it on the spot, and now my car is running like new. Absolute lifesaver!
Manuel came to my home which is about an hour and 20 minutes away from And still showed up late at night and got my truck running did not stop until he could figure out what the problem was and I would highly recommend him in this company for any mobile Mechanic needs Manuel went above and beyond customer service he worked on my vehicle like it was his own family. He did such a great job.
