Called them and set up the appointment at 8:30,by 10:30 they had sent someone out to fix my tires. He was nice,polite and friendly. Even as cold as it was with feel like temps at 5°. Instant Car Fix made everything so easy. The mechanic arrived on time, took a careful look at the problem, and explained everything clearly. He worked steadily and made sure the repair was done correctly. I appreciated his professionalism and attention to detail. Having my car fixed right at home saved me a lot of time. He was polite, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain what needed to be fixed. The work was done carefully, and I appreciated that he checked everything again once the repair was complete. I was, first of all, happy to find a place that does work at your house this far out of the city -- saving me days of having no car because it would be at the shop. Secondly, I was happy they allow you to get work done TODAY if you really need it, for a small added fee. Thirdly, the guy they sent, Sergio, did a great job, and explained many details. I was glad too, because this transmission needed a new filter and proper OEM fluid....I had the wrong fluid in (red/pink) and it probably was not doing this high-mileage Cherokee any good. I highly recommend these folks: Isaac who helped with the online scheduling via the phone; and Sergio, for the professional job he did. Instant Car Fix is a much-needed service for anyone in the area and the whole system is easy/quick to do online. Lastly, they do anything & everything for cars and trucks -- not just brakes, shocks & oil changes.....I highly recommend!
Requested a last minute hub assembly repair same day, came out quick and got the work done fast. Thank you guys for the amazing service! I was a little sketched from the initial reviews but I ran into no problems with this company nor mechanics that came out. Will use these guys again for future car repairs
Wonderful. I can't speak anymore highly of him. He explained everything he did, was polite and respectful. He went above and beyond. I recommend him to anyone. I'm so thankful He was able to fix my AC. I didn't realize just how insufficiently it was until I felt cool air. Thank you again
I had an absolute blast working with ICF. First, I called them to confirm that the problem I believed the cat had and Abdelkader showed up and in no time was able to confirm the problem was the throttle body. I then booked a second appointment for 2 days later and Abdelkader being the awesome dude that he is; he showed up an hour early and unfortunately I missed his calls. When I realized he had called, I called him back and he turned around and came back. He replaced the throttle body in no time and even gave me a ride to the parts store close to home to get a new air filter. The car started fine without issue and all the codes cleared out. I can’t thank this crew enough for everything. Would be great if they had a mobile app but I’m sure that’s in the works. Anyways, if you need a mobile mech, reach out to ICF. I researched other mobile mechanics in the area and the cheapest I found was $20 more than ICF’s price including parts and labor
Service was great! There was a bit of a problem with them receiving the wrong part, but they went above and beyond to resolve the issue. They were friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Will be a returning customer and would recommend to friends and family.
