This service made car repair much less intimidating. The technician arrived prepared and took the time to answer my questions before starting the repair. He worked steadily and made sure the problem was fully resolved. I liked that there was no pressure and no unnecessary extras. The whole process felt transparent and easy. Found Instant Car Fix on a Saturday afternoon after fighting with an oil cooler replacement on my Grand Cherokee. I was shocked to see the had a mechanic available to come out the next morning so booked the appointment for Sunday morning. Mechanic arrived promptly at the designated time and got right to work after going through what I had already done to the vehicle. Needless to say he had the defective part off the car in no time. Once he had the new part reinstalled and everything else put back together we too k the vehicle for a test drive to make sure everything was operating normally. After returning he checked the fluid levels which he recommended adjusting and offered to address, as some were lost during the repair. I declined and said I would address myself. I was very happy with the communication the mechanic provided during the repair and would highly recommend Instant Car Fix. Their pricing was excellent, they showed up on time, and were friendly and knowledgeable.
Broke a spark plug off in my engine, trying to replace it, and not only was the service decently affordable, but I got two techs out that finished the job really quickly. Car runs great!! Super friendly service. Would absolutely recommend them!!
Had my water pump replaced quickly and professionally. The mechanic was on time, honest, and explained everything clearly. Fair pricing, no surprises . Excellent service —I’d absolutely recommend them to anyone needing reliable car repair !
Had my vehicle start to overheat big-time while driving to the airport for a short trip recently. Was able to get into a parking garage but had check engine light on and smoke coming from under the hood.. Took careful note of parking location, used a CE light reader to get at least a starting point for the mechanic, left the hood unlatched, and contacted InstantCarFix the next day. ICF completed both a diagnostic visit and a repair visit to my car while I was away so I came back to a working vehicle. Cannot say enough about this service!!!
