I’d give it a 4.5. The mechanic Manny gets a 5 star. He did an awesome job, quick, respectful, and easy guy to work with. Knew exactly what I wanted to do with the parts I purchased. The company themselves are a 4.5 only because they sent manny 2.5 hours away from his appointments and the time slots for availability weren’t in the window. So manny got here after 1 hour after the window I chose. When he told me what happened it sounded right because the company themselves said they only know he was on the way and everything is automated. Regardless, I’d use them again.

Spencer was able to come out to me in the middle of nowhere on Fourth of July and despite my car being extra difficult (improper service from a previous mechanic) he stayed until the job was done. I don't even know where to start! We were 6 hours away from home at an AirBnB in Nokesville VA. It was 3/31, on Easter Sunday, and our starter went out. My first quote was RIDUCULOUS! I contacted Instant Car Fix and their quote was ALMOST HALF! I sent the company a video and they automatically knew that the starter was the problem. Walter arrived before the expected time and was able to fix our 2008 Nissan Titan within 4 hours (the first stater that was bought was bad, and he had to get another, which wasn't his fault.) Our truck was fixed and we were on the road home. Walter was so very nice and knowledgeable. I can't thank the whole crew at Instant Car Fix enough for getting us back on the road to home in Tennessee. I would HIGHLY recommend them for any of your needs!
