This was the place that I chose and through a series of messages with their website assistant, I was able to get scheduled for same day service. The mechanic came, was very knowledgeable and took care of business in a hurry. What would have taken probably 2-2.5 hours at the dealership, was done in an hour by them coming to me. I booked this service with less than 24 hours notice, and true to their promise, they delivered with no delay. I live in another state, so I sent them to visit a cargo van I was interested in near DC. I was told by the seller the transmission had a "kick", so I asked them to pay close attention to it. The mechanic they sent, Lee, did a full inspection and took the extra time to give me a call and walk me through his observations on the overall condition of the vehicle, including the engine and the transmission, and the work that I'll likely have to put into it. They gave me enough info to negotiate with the seller and not overpay for the van. Would use them again 100%.
