I needed to alter my service request for my vehicle repair. The original issue was no longer apparent. I spoke with Isaac and we were able to switch the original request to another needed service for my vehicle. In the end, I was happy and instant car fix was still able to perform their service for me.

This is the first time I have used a mobile mechanic service and I was very happy with Instant Car Fix. The mechanic, Jeremy, was great. He identified the problem, acquired the appropriate parts and was back the next day to install them. I was also happy with the online Customer Service representative that I dealt with. I live out of state and called Instant Car Fox to do a pre purchase inspection on a car I was looking at buying. The scheduling online was so easy and they sent a mechanic out within the hour, who texted me updates throughout the inspection and called me after to discuss and answer my questions.
