The overall process (from putting an order online to getting everything fixed) is very easy and customer friendly. The customer service is top notch here at Instant Car fixed and it starts when calling the place.They were able to get me in very quickly, I came here to get my brakes replaced and for an oil change. Very knowledgeable about cars. My car wouldn't start so he couldn't give me a diagnosis. so he suggested something that could be the reason and sure enough that was it. He was very polite and had patience.
Just got an oil change done - amazing experience- didn’t have to go anywhere , watched the guy put in full 5 quarts of branded synthetic oil in front of my eyes. Signup and appointment setup was fluid too.
