Sergio showed up in a reasonable time and was very helpful and explained in detail what he had to do. He walked me through each step. My car was as fixed by 2pm. I plan on using them again.

Amazing service!! Thank you! My elderly mom lives in another state and was in dire need of a battery swap. She had the new battery but it was so heavy she could not lift the old out to replace the new herself. They came out promptly and swapped it out. She is ecstatic now she has her car back after going for months with no transportation. The only thing I think might make the service better would be to offer a senior discount. Otherwise I highly recommend.

Found Instant Car Fix on a Saturday afternoon after fighting with an oil cooler replacement on my Grand Cherokee. I was shocked to see the had a mechanic available to come out the next morning so booked the appointment for Sunday morning. Mechanic arrived promptly at the designated time and got right to work after going through what I had already done to the vehicle. Needless to say he had the defective part off the car in no time. Once he had the new part reinstalled and everything else put back together we too k the vehicle for a test drive to make sure everything was operating normally. After returning he checked the fluid levels which he recommended adjusting and offered to address, as some were lost during the repair. I declined and said I would address myself. I was very happy with the communication the mechanic provided during the repair and would highly recommend Instant Car Fix. Their pricing was excellent, they showed up on time, and were friendly and knowledgeable.

My hybride car battery was dead after back from the two weeks vacation. Originally I was help by my neighbor’s car to jump start my car. I saw my info center screen flashing couple times eventually turn blank and the battery stop charging and looks dead. I was completely lost what’s going on and worried other potential issues…! Hence, I was calling my friends and mechanic for help. They all said that the hybrid electric system different from traditional combustion engine car. They have no knowledge on new model hybrids car battery system. Recommend me to bring back to the dealer. The problem is my car cannot move. Got my brakes and calipers changed and told them to check out the car to see if I need anything else fixed. My car is 8 years old and it feels like I'm driving it like it was the day I got the car. Excellent service! I ordered the same day service and the mechanic was at my house within a couple of hours. The mechanic was friendly and professional. Firestone used to offer curbside service on cars and I used them for years, but they stopped sending mechanics to my area. I could have been more happy with Instant Car Fix today!!!! They will be my go to curb side mechanics from now on! Fantastic job and HIGHLY recomended!!! I could not be happier. The only thing they could work on...I was told that I would be given a 30 minute "heads up" when my mechanic came to my house. I was not...I was called when the mechanic was already at my house. Not the end of the world. I was working from home so I could get him started on the work on our car. Much later in the afternoon, after the work was done on my car, I received a text that a mechanic was on his way to my location. No one every showed up...just noting for Instant Car Fix Inc that they should do a better job notifying clients of when mechanics will arrive. But the service was fantastic! I will use them again and I appreciate their services.
