Instant Car Fix delivered amazing service from start to finish. The mechanic showed up with everything needed and took the time to inspect my car thoroughly. He walked me through every step of the repair without making anything confusing. The best part was how convenient it was to have everything done at home. No waiting in a shop or dealing with delays. The Mechanic Kalem they sent was very knowledgeable and fast. Upon arrival he checked to confirm that it was indeed an alternator replacement that was needed. Had it switched out in no time. Even checked my fluids and helped me get battery jumped off before leaving. I paid same amount I would had taking it to shop minus tow fees and only 25 extra going to get alternator myself. Well worth it. Will definitely use services again if needed.

Estimate was 2 hours but Justin got my car fixed in just over 1!! Excellent service and customer care, will definitely be contacting them again on my next problem!
This is probably the most honest shop I ever came to in my lifetime. The mechanic check car out and job was 1200 dollar job the mechanic realized that job that was needed was on recall for my car at the dealership so instead of doing job taking my money he guided me to exact shop to get job done for free. This is a well trusted integrity carshop

Gary was very responsive to my emails and set the schedule up quickly. Tom, the mechanic was free a day earlier and came on out. He was able to pinpoint the battery drain and fix the problem within the two to three hours we discussed. Overall, it was a really good experience and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a mobile mechanic.
Service was great! There was a bit of a problem with them receiving the wrong part, but they went above and beyond to resolve the issue. They were friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Will be a returning customer and would recommend to friends and family.
Excellent service! My 2016 GMC Terrain was losing oil and the engine was idling loud but there was no evidence of a spill on the ground. In an effort to eliminate causes, I started with a tune up and found oil in one of the spark plug wells. I needed a new valve cover gasket. I found the issue on Friday after work. I was able to book the appointment for Sunday between 11am and 3pm. The technician showed up at 12:45. Was efficient. Took pictures. Communicated well and was done in an hour. It was excellent service! I have 4 cars - 2 dispatched to my kids who are in two different colleges. I will be using this company to help maintain their cars as they live more than an hour from home.
