My appointment was between 11-3. The mechanic pfulled up a few minutes before 3. His name was Derrick he was very nice and was able to fix the problem fairly quickly. The price they quoted was exactly what I paid nothing more. But I wasn't sure if they were going to send a mechanic because they needed me to upload a valid photo id to a link they sent me. It never would upload when I clicked on the upload button. A few hours before 3 I finally was able to get a rep on the phone who had me text the copy to her and she was able to upload it to their link. I was very satisfied with their service and if needed will use them again. I highly recommend this company.
Eric arrived on time and was very professional. The installation was more of an effort that he thought it would be due the design of my vehicle. He remained calm and courteous and did not give up. I strongly recommend this company as they provide superior mechanics.
I’m extremely satisfied with the service. The mechanic arrived on time and was very kind and knowledgeable. He worked efficiently and explained everything clearly so I knew exactly what was being done. The whole process was smooth and the repair was completed quicker than I expected. Wayne Jackson provided top notch professional work and is a good mechanic! He reassembled engine and also reinstalled the timing chain to Ford Mustang GT Manual Drive and did NOT WASTE TIME! He didn’t rush either and answered my questions with exact direct answers which provided me more confidence in this process! All I can say is if you are gonna use this app and need service request Wayne Jackson!

Convenient, responsive, and fair service. Hadn't used a mobile mechanic before, but getting a tow truck into my apartment building's parking garage seemed infeasible, so I gave it a try. Glad I did. Bit of a language barrier with the particular mechanic I got, but he was very friendly and patient, so we worked through it without issue.

Awesome service! The tech came 20 minutes early, yep, early! I hit up Hyundai to service my vehicle and they were booked a month out, Instant Car Fix sent a trained tech over the next day. To my house. Fixed my AC. Super friendly and no BS, no hidden fees and no overcharging.
Germaine was awesome. He came 20 minutes early, was extremely helpful and friendly. Was able to look through and find potential issues. Was head over heels better than the other company that came out to look at. Totally recommend
