Wayne Jackson provided top notch professional work and is a good mechanic! He reassembled engine and also reinstalled the timing chain to Ford Mustang GT Manual Drive and did NOT WASTE TIME! He didn’t rush either and answered my questions with exact direct answers which provided me more confidence in this process! Great customer service. Have no complaints. Received a Check Engine Diagnosis and wish I would’ve called them sooner. It would have saved me time and money. The owner and mechanic was well knowledgeable and provided the excellent customer service.
This service is so great! The mechanic (Billy) found my truck in my confusing parking lot at work with no issues, was super nice & knowledgeable & he fixed it way faster than I expected! Definitely recommend!!!
This is the first time I have used a mobile mechanic service and I was very happy with Instant Car Fix. The mechanic, Jeremy, was great. He identified the problem, acquired the appropriate parts and was back the next day to install them. I was also happy with the online Customer Service representative that I dealt with. All in all, a great experience and I will definitely be using them again.
John Sharp worked so tirelessly on a rather difficult job of installing a new fuel pump on my 2005 mustang and did not give up till the job was complete. I so appreciated the professionalism and prompt next day service also.
100% recommend and will use this service again! Mechanic are very professional and know what they are doing. They will get the job done and test and double test to make sure everything is fixed correctly! If you schedule an appointment they will fulfill their obligation. Even if they get behind schedule, just be patient and they will get you right! Much cheaper and more accommodating than a dealer! 10/10
I was out of town, in a pinch, and all of the other shops had been booked up. Instant Car Fix gave me a quick call back with a plan of action and quote. I put the car in a nice quiet place and they saved me. I was able to meet my deadline and get back on the road for my next appointment in Pennsylvania that night. Instant Car Fix was very professional and recommend them in a pinch. ++ !
