Had a great experience. I was notified prior to the technician arriving, he arrived on time. The diagnosis and repair were completed quickly and correctly. Would definitely use them again, highly recommend!
Quick and easy experience. Loved that I didn’t have to leave my home. Scheduled late on a Wednesday for the next day. Had to wait for the parts to be delivered so my service was delayed a few hours (my fault for scheduling so late) but the company had great communication and updated me with an eta. Will be using again.
I was told by a shop I didn’t need rotors but my brakes were stuck. I called Instant Car Fix and a mechanic showed up and explained that with stuck calipers my brakes were constantly engaged and for sure heated my rotors and there was a high probability they were warped and explained that replacing the rotors along with the bad calipers and worn brakes is the only way to go and be safe. Don’t go with backyard mechanics or a shop that tells you different. If you brakes are stuck and overheating the rotor, be safe to yourself and other drivers Replace the rotors along with the calipers and brake pads. It’s a lot cheaper to replace rotors while it’s already being serviced than it is after it’s all back together. INSTANT CAR FIX IS NOT OUT FOR MONEY. THEY ARE OUT TO KEEP YOU SAFE. No shop would have explained all that. They would have waited for you to come back and spend more money on warped rotors. These guys are honest and professional and care about the safety of the customers and other drivers. THESE GUYS ARE THE ONLY WAY TO GO. 110% SATISFIED.
My experience has been OUTSTANDING. Our BMW X3 needed a battery replacement. The Instant Car Fix mechanic came to our home, replaced the battery on the driveway, took pictures that he did work on this, and left. The mechanic was knowledgeable and courteous.
This site is great and the mechanic that came out was on time did a great job. Changing the starter on my caravan took just an hour, he worked steady and cleanly. This works great if your car breaks down in your driveway And no towing and no waiting this the best part.

The water pump went bad on our car, found instant car fix. Easy to schedule a repair and had it replaced on a Sunday and didn’t have to tow the vehicle or wait for the slow repair shops. I absolutely loved them they came and took their time on my vehicle.. the mechanic even ran the code on my car twice just so he know it was fixed I didn’t have to worry about anything I bought my own parts and he was ready to work soon as he pulled up.. I felt comfortable( not to mention the comments from others on here was a little scary) but they was very understanding and ready to get the job DONE
