I cannot recommend this place enough! Especially as a female! Not only was I treated with respect, the mechanic spent time with me to explain things! He went, what I would consider, above and beyond!!! I would use this guy as my mechanic for the rest of my life! If somebody could contact me so that I can give him a tip I would greatly appreciate it I'm going to try to get in touch with them right now. Thx again. I have used instant carfix to address some of the pressing issues with my van. I was impressed with the experience I had. Prompt responses : Helped a lot in scheduling as per my varied needs. User friendly service: both mechanic, customer representative were courteous and didn’t upsell anything to me. Quality: Well defined set of services and upfront pricing made my experience hassle free. They didn’t upsell anything. Mechanic identified the root issue with my timing belt and did an excellent repair work. Overall excellent experience on quality, comfort and competitive pricing! Keep up the good work!
Noah is the Man!!!!! Had an issue with grat shift being stuck in reverse. Not only did he get here very quickly but his work wa amazing. Im happy to say my car is baxk on the road and the gear shift is working properly. Noah saved the day!!!!! Very grateful and appreciative
I’d give it a 4.5. The mechanic Manny gets a 5 star. He did an awesome job, quick, respectful, and easy guy to work with. Knew exactly what I wanted to do with the parts I purchased. The company themselves are a 4.5 only because they sent manny 2.5 hours away from his appointments and the time slots for availability weren’t in the window. So manny got here after 1 hour after the window I chose. When he told me what happened it sounded right because the company themselves said they only know he was on the way and everything is automated. Regardless, I’d use them again.
Complete engine service that also included valve cover and other optional services. Instantcar Fix. It was absolutely fantastic technician (Alex) was very informative and professional while speaking to my wife and myself on the repair that was being done. The thorough follow up and communication was on point by the service manager (Gary) there was no work done without approval. All parts are there for your viewing. And less expensive than the dealer! Might I add the warranty on the job for service work is unmatched. Great company to work with and I will continue to work with them! Happy Customer!
Broke a spark plug off in my engine, trying to replace it, and not only was the service decently affordable, but I got two techs out that finished the job really quickly. Car runs great!! Super friendly service. Would absolutely recommend them!!

It was very simple to arrange the appointment. The technician came to my residence quickly and was very polite. He quickly diagnosed the issue using OBD, fixed the issue within a short period of time and it is working perfectly. My AC is now as cool as it was when the car was brand new. I will certainly recommend and use this service again.
Gary was very responsive to my emails and set the schedule up quickly. Tom, the mechanic was free a day earlier and came on out. He was able to pinpoint the battery drain and fix the problem within the two to three hours we discussed. Overall, it was a really good experience and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a mobile mechanic.
