Instant Car Fixed crew is extremely nice and professional. I needed to get a tune up and oil change on my van, and it's running so well afterwards. I had a really positive experience with Instant Car Fix. The mechanic arrived right on time and took a careful look at my car before doing anything. He explained the issue clearly and answered all my questions without rushing. The repair was done neatly and professionally, and he made sure everything was working properly before leaving. Having the service done at home saved me so much time. This kind of convenience and care really stands out.
Payment process was easy, everyone I dealt with was nice, fixing the blown fuse was pretty simple and may have taken less time if it hadn't been storming all week. I would use the services again. Thank you guys!!
I booked this service with less than 24 hours notice, and true to their promise, they delivered with no delay. I live in another state, so I sent them to visit a cargo van I was interested in near DC. I was told by the seller the transmission had a "kick", so I asked them to pay close attention to it. The mechanic they sent, Lee, did a full inspection and took the extra time to give me a call and walk me through his observations on the overall condition of the vehicle, including the engine and the transmission, and the work that I'll likely have to put into it. They gave me enough info to negotiate with the seller and not overpay for the van. Would use them again 100%.
Mechanic showed up on time, and he was very courteous and knowledgeable. He was able to put a fuel system together when someone else had taken in apart. I recommend this company for any mobile mechanic work you might need!
This service is so great! The mechanic (Billy) found my truck in my confusing parking lot at work with no issues, was super nice & knowledgeable & he fixed it way faster than I expected! Definitely recommend!!!
ive seen some bad reviews but my mechanic came on time and did the job that I needed .. my personal experience was 10/10... ..it seems like they contract local mechanics and send them to do the job but again 10/10 for my experience today I will recommend
The Gentleman that came and put my brakes and rotors on did a excellent job. He was very informative and professional. He explained everything and informed me of a few other things I needed to address with my vehicle. I would definently recommend Him to anyone. Excellent Job
My LR3 overheated and I ruined a lot of parts (thermostat housing, radiator, etc!) These guys came to my home and fixed it. They were very professional and forthcoming with information. It’s a pretty straightforward process and the mechanic knows his stuff. I would not hesitate to use them again. I also got a belt replaced that I needed to do anyways. 10 out of 10. I love my SUV and they got to it right away and kept in touch throughout the process of waiting for parts and etc.
