I was out of town, in a pinch, and all of the other shops had been booked up. Instant Car Fix gave me a quick call back with a plan of action and quote. I put the car in a nice quiet place and they saved me. I was able to meet my deadline and get back on the road for my next appointment in Pennsylvania that night. Instant Car Fix was very professional and recommend them in a pinch. ++ !
I was, first of all, happy to find a place that does work at your house this far out of the city -- saving me days of having no car because it would be at the shop. Secondly, I was happy they allow you to get work done TODAY if you really need it, for a small added fee. Thirdly, the guy they sent, Sergio, did a great job, and explained many details. I was glad too, because this transmission needed a new filter and proper OEM fluid....I had the wrong fluid in (red/pink) and it probably was not doing this high-mileage Cherokee any good. I highly recommend these folks: Isaac who helped with the online scheduling via the phone; and Sergio, for the professional job he did. Instant Car Fix is a much-needed service for anyone in the area and the whole system is easy/quick to do online. Lastly, they do anything & everything for cars and trucks -- not just brakes, shocks & oil changes.....I highly recommend!
Sergio was great and extremely helpful. He assessed my vehicle and gave me a thorough explanation of everything that needs to be fixed, and told me what was alright. He was very easy to work with - ask for him!
Quick and easy experience. Loved that I didn’t have to leave my home. Scheduled late on a Wednesday for the next day. Had to wait for the parts to be delivered so my service was delayed a few hours (my fault for scheduling so late) but the company had great communication and updated me with an eta. Will be using again.
Very good experience!! We were traveling and when our car lost an alternator we were panicking. Acting on a friends tip we reached out and Gaurav and company treated us very nicely and we were all set in 4 hours with work that would have taken 3 times as much time and perhaps twice the money.
Our experince was great! Losing your fuel pump stinks but Ryan was very knowledgeable, agreeable. He kept things neat and tidy as well. It was an excellent interaction. Scheduling went well and updates were timely

The water pump went bad on our car, found instant car fix. Easy to schedule a repair and had it replaced on a Sunday and didn’t have to tow the vehicle or wait for the slow repair shops. I felt the pricing is more than fair for this service. You get a live quote when scheduling. This service really exceeded my expectations. The mechanic arrived on time and took the time to inspect the issue properly. He explained everything in a clear and calm way. The repair was done with care and tested before completion. I liked that I didn’t have to rearrange my day or sit in a waiting room. Very convenient and well done.
