Found Instant Car Fix on a Saturday afternoon after fighting with an oil cooler replacement on my Grand Cherokee. I was shocked to see the had a mechanic available to come out the next morning so booked the appointment for Sunday morning. Mechanic arrived promptly at the designated time and got right to work after going through what I had already done to the vehicle. Needless to say he had the defective part off the car in no time. Once he had the new part reinstalled and everything else put back together we too k the vehicle for a test drive to make sure everything was operating normally. After returning he checked the fluid levels which he recommended adjusting and offered to address, as some were lost during the repair. I declined and said I would address myself. I was very happy with the communication the mechanic provided during the repair and would highly recommend Instant Car Fix. Their pricing was excellent, they showed up on time, and were friendly and knowledgeable.

Quick and easy experience. Loved that I didn’t have to leave my home. Scheduled late on a Wednesday for the next day. Had to wait for the parts to be delivered so my service was delayed a few hours (my fault for scheduling so late) but the company had great communication and updated me with an eta. Will be using again.

Had the most amazing experience this morning, one that I could only wish everyone could experience when working with an auto repair shop. When my car wouldn't start in my garage, I scheduled an appointment with Instant Car Fix to have my battery replaced. On the day of my appointment, Rashad called me to inform me that my vehicle has a non-serviceable battery and instructed me to have my vehicle serviced at the car dealership. When I told him I couldn't get the vehicle to the dealership because the battery was dead, he told me about a battery reset button in my vehicle that would provide an auxiliary charge to the battery that would enable me to start my car. It did, and I was able to drive my vehicle to the dealership for service! Rashad then assured me that the fee I paid for a battery replacement would be fully refunded. The staff at Instant Car Fix truly deserves all of the 5-Star reviews they've received - the service they provide is outstanding!

Jeff was the mechanic who arrived to fix the steering lever bushing. He was very pleasant to work with. He explained and presented the issues he found which assured me that the problem that I suspected was the actual issue which kept me informed. He explaned the process and then fixed the problem. I had called other mobile repair services but none would follow up. Glad that I called Instant Car Fix. After booking the service I was a little concerned, the customer service was excellent and Jeff was outstanding. This call saved me a tow fee.

Very happy with the mechanic instant car fix sent to my house. I could not figure out my no start issue , I called a different mobile mech service and he came twice and could not start my car and told me to tow it to the dealership. Called you guys and he had it running 1 hour after arriving and explained it to me. Great service

My hybride car battery was dead after back from the two weeks vacation. Originally I was help by my neighbor’s car to jump start my car. I saw my info center screen flashing couple times eventually turn blank and the battery stop charging and looks dead. I was completely lost what’s going on and worried other potential issues…!
