Jeff was the mechanic who arrived to fix the steering lever bushing. He was very pleasant to work with. He explained and presented the issues he found which assured me that the problem that I suspected was the actual issue which kept me informed. He explaned the process and then fixed the problem. Quick and easy experience. Loved that I didn’t have to leave my home. Scheduled late on a Wednesday for the next day. Had to wait for the parts to be delivered so my service was delayed a few hours (my fault for scheduling so late) but the company had great communication and updated me with an eta.
