He identified the problem, acquired the appropriate parts and was back the next day to install them. I was also happy with the online Customer Service representative that I dealt with. Requested a last minute hub assembly repair same day, came out quick and got the work done fast. Thank you guys for the amazing service! Gary was very responsive to my emails and set the schedule up quickly. Tom, the mechanic was free a day earlier and came on out. He was able to pinpoint the battery drain and fix the problem within the two to three hours we discussed. Overall, it was a really good experience and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a mobile mechanic.
