Fast response, good communication via text, and very friendly and efficient mechanic. My mechanic was Sergio and he was phenomenal. My vehicle wouldn't start or jump start and needed a new battery. The reviews for this business were excellent and as law enforcement, I research things very thoroughly to avoid possible scams. I also compared prices with past battery costs and past dealer costs. Your company is fairly priced and efficient, and I very much appreciate that it is available for cars to be serviced at home or another location. It saved me a tow and a trip to the dealer for what was a straightforward issue to fix. I will definitely use the company again and I also did a Facebook post and tagged y'all š
Replaced brake pads and rotors on my 2013 Chevy Equinox. I am traveling to attend a wedding in Virginia and drove from Chicago. Having car problem in Northern Virginia where I donāt know anyone. RJ was very friendly and helped me fix my car promptly with very reasonable price. Mechanic came to my hotel and changed the brake pads and rotors on my rear wheels. This was very convenient and so easy. Thanks for the help.

My car wouldn't start. The service manager, Gaurav, was very helpful promptly scheduling the needed service. The starter motor was replaced, and the car starts fine now. I am very satisfied with the prompt service provided at very reasonable cost.
Very good experience!! We were traveling and when our car lost an alternator we were panicking. Acting on a friends tip we reached out and Gaurav and company treated us very nicely and we were all set in 4 hours with work that would have taken 3 times as much time and perhaps twice the money.

I was a little skeptical because I never used a mobile mechanic before but Keegan was very knowledgeable and got the job done I got my brake pads replaced and he did it in a timely manner. He explained the repair step by step and made sure I was comfortable before starting. The repair was completed efficiently and tested thoroughly. It was a huge relief not having to visit a shop or arrange transportation. Overall, a very professional and reliable experience.
My front brakes and rotors need to be replaced so I scheduled an appointment earlier in the week. I forgot to get the mechanic's name but he was on time, very professional and fast. I will definitely be using Instant car Fix again in the future.
Ahmad came and replaced my alternator. He was extremely kind, fixed it in no tim, knew exactly what he was doing. I had a guy here for 3 hours trying to take it apart before Ahmad came and he had it out within 5 minutes
