Instant Car Fixed crew is extremely nice and professional. I needed to get a tune up and oil change on my van, and it's running so well afterwards. I can tell they are honest mechanics and are very professional. Extremely fair pricing as well, and didn't try to sell me unnecessary work. Will be calling them every time for my vans needs! This service really exceeded my expectations. The mechanic arrived on time and took the time to inspect the issue properly. He explained everything in a clear and calm way. The repair was done with care and tested before completion. I liked that I didn’t have to rearrange my day or sit in a waiting room. Very convenient and well done.
Our high school senior has quite a commute each day. He needed front brake pads and rotors. I called on a Friday night and was able to schedule an appointment for the next day. He was able to pinpoint the battery drain and fix the problem within the two to three hours we discussed. Overall, it was a really good experience and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a mobile mechanic.
Sergio arrived early. He was professional and courteous. I was pleasantly surprised to receive photos of the old parts, He advised me that the next service repair should be the rotors. I will ask for him personally in the future.
