Great experience today. Heard a squealing sound while driving to work this morning. Popped the hood and saw that the belt was slipping off. Forgot to call someone until 4pm came around. Thankfully they agreed to send someone out right away. Easy, fast and clear communication! Sooo grateful that they were able to send someone out to my work and fix it right in the parking lot. Awesome service. Very prompt & great communication! I am in Anchorage, AK! Got an oil change and white smoke was coming out of the tailpipe. They were able to send someone out for a diagnostic the next morning! It cost me $175, I appreciate the mobile service as I did not want to drive my car and potentially have it breakdown on me. No serious issues but I appreciate how accessible, reliable, & honest our mechanic was!

All good, the mechanic texted prior to arrival, professional, courteous, super nice, Niko, Nico is his name, very knowledgeable. Starter replacement and oil change in my front yard on a lowered 7 series BMW 750LI. The car is too low to take it anywhere to get the oil change so this service is highly recommended. Super convenient having it done at my house, love it. Thank you guys, thank you Nico.
I had to get expedited service on the 4th no less and even though the tire was not repairable, the wonderful service tech stayed for about 20 mins until I could meet him to access my spare which he installed for me. Such a kind and knowledgeable gentleman who really saved me today! Thank you all and highly recommend this company if you need mobile repairs.

Ahmad came and replaced my alternator. He was extremely kind, fixed it in no tim, knew exactly what he was doing. I had a guy here for 3 hours trying to take it apart before Ahmad came and he had it out within 5 minutes
My technician, Sergio, arrived right on time and I got a heads-up email when the ETA was a little over half an hour, as promised in the confirmation email I got when setting up the service call the day before. Sergio and his helper were fast, friendly, and professional, and the invoice I received by email shortly after the work was completed thoroughly documented the work, including photos of readings and measurements showing the expected results. And the expense was pretty reasonable, well worth it given this level of service. Would definitely use these folks again.
I was stranded on the side of the road with a flat tire and absolutely clueless. I called Instant Car Fix and they were literally there in minutes! The mechanic was super friendly, had my spare on in a flash, and even checked the other tires. He was professional, quick, and incredibly helpful. I seriously thought I was going to be stuck for hours, but they saved the day! Highly recommend!
