I live out of state and called Instant Car Fox to do a pre purchase inspection on a car I was looking at buying. The scheduling online was so easy and they sent a mechanic out within the hour, who texted me updates throughout the inspection and called me after to discuss and answer my questions. Very professional, fast, service!
I recently took my car to Instant Car fix for some maintenance work, and I must say, I'm thoroughly impressed. Not only was the staff friendly and professional, but they also went above and beyond to explain the issues with my car and the repair process. The service was completed in a timely manner, and the final cost was reasonable compared to other shops in the area. My car is now running smoothly, thanks to the expertise of the mechanics at Instant Car fix. I highly recommend them for anyone in need of reliable car repair services.!
Excellent and expert troubleshooting by Mike & Tiearra of Indy 1 Mobile Mechanics. The came on a Sunday to evaluate a brake light on my dash. They did both electronic and mechanical evaluation including jacking my car up and looking all throughout the brake lines. Very impressed with their detailed approach and trustworthy recommendations. Plan to use them in the future for additional mechanical needs for our vehicle. And they came out on a Sunday afternoon after I submitted the night before online to InstantCarFix. So very prompt and excellent service on a weekend!
Couldn’t have had a better experience. They offered amazing prices and they showed up on time. They got right to work, they were extremely friendly. And they even worked with me to get the correct parts for an issue that was unrelated. My mechanic bent over backwards to ensure that I had the best experience and I have Zero complaints.
All good, the mechanic texted prior to arrival, professional, courteous, super nice, Niko, Nico is his name, very knowledgeable. Starter replacement and oil change in my front yard on a lowered 7 series BMW 750LI. The car is too low to take it anywhere to get the oil change so this service is highly recommended. Super convenient having it done at my house, love it. Thank you guys, thank you Nico.
Amazing service. I work on my own car but had a cv axel stuck and was done trying to pry it out. I called them and paid ahead of time for service to be done the next day. The mechanic calls and shows up an hour later, which was even better. You can tell he had a lot of experience and tools because he got the axel out in 30 minutes, while it took me 6 hours and a lot of cuss words and got no where. Pricing was average if not cheaper . I feel like VA car and tire would have charged me double and I would have had to drop it off. Great experience, I will use them again if needed.
I had a very smooth experience using Instant Car Fix. The mechanic arrived on time and took a few minutes to listen carefully to the issue before starting any work. He explained what needed to be done in simple terms and worked carefully through the repair. Everything was tested before he left, and my car has been running perfectly since. Having the service done at home made everything much easier and stress free.
I was told by a shop I didn’t need rotors but my brakes were stuck. I called Instant Car Fix and a mechanic showed up and explained that with stuck calipers my brakes were constantly engaged and for sure heated my rotors and there was a high probability they were warped and explained that replacing the rotors along with the bad calipers and worn brakes is the only way to go and be safe. Don’t go with backyard mechanics or a shop that tells you different. If you brakes are stuck and overheating the rotor, be safe to yourself and other drivers Replace the rotors along with the calipers and brake pads. It’s a lot cheaper to replace rotors while it’s already being serviced than it is after it’s all back together. INSTANT CAR FIX IS NOT OUT FOR MONEY. THEY ARE OUT TO KEEP YOU SAFE. No shop would have explained all that. They would have waited for you to come back and spend more money on warped rotors. These guys are honest and professional and care about the safety of the customers and other drivers. THESE GUYS ARE THE ONLY WAY TO GO. 110% SATISFIED.
The company was quick, simple, and very fairly priced! Jacob, the technician, was professional, knowledgeable, and got it fixed very fast. Would definitely recommend him and the company and will use them in the future.
