I’d give it a 4.5. The mechanic Manny gets a 5 star. He did an awesome job, quick, respectful, and easy guy to work with. Knew exactly what I wanted to do with the parts I purchased. The company themselves are a 4.5 only because they sent manny 2.5 hours away from his appointments and the time slots for availability weren’t in the window. So manny got here after 1 hour after the window I chose. When he told me what happened it sounded right because the company themselves said they only know he was on the way and everything is automated. Regardless, I’d use them again.

Requested a last minute hub assembly repair same day, came out quick and got the work done fast. Thank you guys for the amazing service! There is no doubt about the advantages of sitting at home and getting your car serviced. No need of begging for loaners and thinking about precise time when you need to drive to the repair shop to not conflict with meetings. The technician was really professional explained all my questions and even found out a axle problem that i would not have not until disaster would have struck. Both Gaurav and Rajeev (owners) are amazing people to talk to and have a wealth of information about servicing diff kinds of cars/suvs. Lastly prices are very very reasonable and booking can be done online completely. They have a very seamless web page and you can also look at the history of all servicing done. Highly recommended !

I had an absolute blast working with ICF. First, I called them to confirm that the problem I believed the cat had and Abdelkader showed up and in no time was able to confirm the problem was the throttle body. I then booked a second appointment for 2 days later and Abdelkader being the awesome dude that he is; he showed up an hour early and unfortunately I missed his calls. When I realized he had called, I called him back and he turned around and came back. He replaced the throttle body in no time and even gave me a ride to the parts store close to home to get a new air filter. The car started fine without issue and all the codes cleared out. I can’t thank this crew enough for everything. Would be great if they had a mobile app but I’m sure that’s in the works. Anyways, if you need a mobile mech, reach out to ICF. I researched other mobile mechanics in the area and the cheapest I found was $20 more than ICF’s price including parts and labor
