The water pump went bad on our car, found instant car fix. Easy to schedule a repair and had it replaced on a Sunday and didn’t have to tow the vehicle or wait for the slow repair shops. I was, first of all, happy to find a place that does work at your house this far out of the city -- saving me days of having no car because it would be at the shop. Secondly, I was happy they allow you to get work done TODAY if you really need it, for a small added fee. Thirdly, the guy they sent, Sergio, did a great job, and explained many details. I was glad too, because this transmission needed a new filter and proper OEM fluid....I had the wrong fluid in (red/pink) and it probably was not doing this high-mileage Cherokee any good. I highly recommend these folks: Isaac who helped with the online scheduling via the phone; and Sergio, for the professional job he did. Instant Car Fix is a much-needed service for anyone in the area and the whole system is easy/quick to do online. Lastly, they do anything & everything for cars and trucks -- not just brakes, shocks & oil changes.....I highly recommend!

He explained everything in a way that actually made sense, and you could tell he genuinely cared about making sure I understood the repair. His professionalism and willingness to go the extra mile made the whole experience smooth and stress‑free. Option 2 — More casual and personal This mechanic was awesome. Not only did he fix the problem, he actually took the time to explain what went wrong and how he solved it. You don’t get that kind of patience or honesty from everyone. He knew what he was doing, worked efficiently, and made sure I felt comfortable with the repair before he left. Easily one of the best experiences I’ve had with a mechanic.
Had the most amazing experience this morning, one that I could only wish everyone could experience when working with an auto repair shop. The customer service is top notch here at Instant Car fixed and it starts when calling the place.They were able to get me in very quickly, I came here to get my brakes replaced and for an oil change. This place is great and has won me over as a new customer. Thank you for creating such an amazing environment for your customers

Estimate was 2 hours but Justin got my car fixed in just over 1!! Excellent service and customer care, will definitely be contacting them again on my next problem!
