This was my first time using Instant Car Fix, and it definitely won’t be my last. The entire process was so smooth. The mechanic arrived on time, diagnosed the issue quickly, and fixed it without any problems. He was very respectful and took the time to explain what he was doing. Ramon was so outstanding he made sure I was aware of the spark plugs and coil procedures and was very clean and also spoke Spanish and English made sure he cleaned up the work area and was neat wiping the area where he worked. Overall I would recommend his services to anyone. Excellent service
Highly recommend! Alternator had my car dead in a parking lot an hour from home. They were able to get to us fast, the customer service was great, the mechanic was knowledgeable and professional, and they had us back on the road in no time! Car is running like it should again. 10/10
Called them and set up the appointment at 8:30,by 10:30 they had sent someone out to fix my tires. He was nice,polite and friendly. Even as cold as it was with feel like temps at 5°. I am highly impressed. I will definitely use them again and tell my family and friends about them. Thank you "Instant Car Fix" you are really living up to your name. Well done 👏
Got into a little accident with my 2001 L IS300 the wheel studs were bent. And kept grinding on the e brake hardware. Had an instantcarfix mechanic come through to help me find the issue and fix it. Make sure you know your car model well, that way it’s easy to. Communicate with the mechanic about your issue. But everything was straightforward it is expensive but, they get the job done in a timely manner.
